This multi-phased construction project spanned two decades and involved multiple contracts for Storm Water Treatment Areas , major pump stations, water control structures, canals, levees, bridges, upgrades of existing facilities, and public use areas. He completed this program on budget and on schedule with all claims settled without litigation.
Craig holds both Bachelor of Building Construction and Master of Construction Management degrees from the University of Florida. He was an adjunct instructor at Palm Beach State College in the Building Construction Program for 12 years. He is a Certified General Contractor (Inactive) in the State of Florida.

Jim is passionate about all aspects of government capital projects, from planning through occupancy and warranty periods.
Jim now resides in Punta Gorda, Florida. Originally from Pennsylvania, he has been working in Florida since 1988. He and his wife Patti raised a family there and are now enjoying 5 grandboys. Jim is a 1979 graduate of Villanova University, with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and is now Licensed in 3 States. He designed steel and concrete structures for 9 years.
His project management skills were developed in Florida. He began as a capital project manager for Lee County D.O.T. and advanced to management positions in the School District of Palm Beach County in Facility Construction and Maintenance.
Licensed in NC, FL and RI, his skills include design and construction project management, contract management and development, government policy development and implementation, citizen advisory committee facilitation, construction problem solving as well as fee and change order negotiations. His service in Florida included civil and structural engineering, and project management of roads, bridges, police stations, stormwater management, parking lots and precast garages, parks, computer labs, K-12 schools, libraries, emergency generators, offices, maintenance and transportation buildings and safety and security projects.
A key example of Jim’s work is his role in the construction of the $24M K-12 Indian Ridge School and Turning Points Academy campus in Palm Beach County. He was the Design Criteria Professional for this Design-Build project, and took it through bidding, design, permitting and construction. Indian Ridge serves emotionally disturbed children, and Turning Points serves Transitional students for the County, a last-chance opportunity for students with unlawful behavior issues.
